4. Technical requirements:

  • The casting parts should not have any quality flaw such as gas hole and cold shot, and so on.
  • The body of air pipe head should be treated by shot blasting.
  • The inner and outer surface of the body shall be coated with epoxy rich zinc or according to the user’s requirements.
  • Side cover shall be hot dip galvanized and zinc thickness 70µm.
  • Flanges standard will be according to customer’s requirements
