JISF 2007-1976 mooring chock(A)

Marine JISF 2007-1976 mooring chocks are used for temporary mooring and are used specially for the guidance of rope mooring lines on board a large vessel.
Those fittings are found at the vessel’s bow bulwarks, below the gunwale.
Prevent wear and tear on mooring line
Welded at vessel bow
Paint primed or galvanized
Choice will depend primarily on the size of the vessel and the diameter of the lines.
