PHP Series Balanced Foam Proportioned Equipment
Description:
The equipment is combined with foam lift pump, atmospheric tank, proportioner, balance valve and so on. Foam concentrate is injected by foam lift pump into the proportioner, forming foam solution proportionally. The balance valve in accordance with pressure fluctuation in fire control piping network makes the excess foam concentrate reflow into the tank, reaching the exact mixing ratio.
Compared with pressure proportioned equipment, balanced
equipment has the following features:
- Foam tank is atmospheric type with low requirements in use.
According to different ship structure, foam can be stored in separate cabin to make the best use of ship space. When the equipment is in use, foam concentrate can be added to extend feed time. - Foam tank has no capacity limitation and can be supplied according to customer’s requirements.
- Foam pump is in accordance with GB20031-2005, and can resist dry friction for 10 minutes.
- Balance valve balances water pressure fluctuation in fire control piping network, enabling accurate mixing ratio.
- Electric motor, hydraulic turbine or diesel can be the power units of foam lifting pump according to different design requirements.
