Description:

• The Electric Monorail Type Translational Crane (Provision Crane) is a single beam Marine lifting equipment with translational type and two lifting devices, which is installed at the aft of the ship. It is mainly used for lifting crew supplies and Marine equipment, and can also be used for lifting engine room components such as piston and cylinder sleeve etc.
• This Provision Crane adopts the translational beam structure, the lifting mechanism is installed on the moving beam, which can move on the track beam. The track beam adopts welded box-shaped structure. The moving beam is the main part of this Provision Crane and also adopts the box-shaped structure, which is equipped with a lifting mechanism (two), a walking mechanism, a cable reel, a locking device, and an electrical control box. The output gear of the walking mechanism is meshed with the rack, which can make the moving beam move along the track beam and has the ability of self-locking position. When the ship’s heeling does not exceed 5° and the trim does not exceed 2°, the crane can work normally, and can be reliably positioned through the locking device when it stops using, without slipping. When the locking device is used, all the actions of the crane will fail. After the locking device is removed, the crane will work normally, and the overall structure is safe and reliable.
• The driving type of the crane has electric type and hydraulic type, which can be designed according to user requirements.
