High Wear Resistance Chain for Slag Conveyor

Standard:

Slag extracting chain consists of grade ST with super wear resistance and grade E with high strength & wear resistance. Dimensions meet standards of DIN22252, DIN794 and GB/T12718 etc. Chains can also be produced according to customer’s special requirements.

1. High wear resistance grade ST chain with carbon and oxygen treatment

Grade ST can be divided into ST40 and ST80, and consist of grade K4, K6 and K8 according to effective hardening layer.

3.Connecting Link

It is suggested that you should use special connecting link for slag extracting chain, in order to make slag conveyor work reliably and smoothly as well as increasing service life. Connecting link consists of Type HH, Type TH and Type JH, which an be selected as required.
